14 October - 7 December 2009
Splendid Holiness
"Worship the Lord in the splendour of his holiness" Psalm 29:2
The 203 Session of the ICO commenced on the 14th October, when 25 delegates from 23 Territories around the world arrived at the Cedars. Unfortunately Major Bernice Rehmat from Pakistan was unable to join the session as a result of difficulties which she experienced in obtaining a visa.

On Thursday the 15th, delegates and invited guests witnessed the Flag Raising and Dedication of the first flag to be flown at the ICO since its inception, by The Chief of the Staff, Commissioner Robin Dunster. Music for the special event was provided by a Brass ensemble from Upper Norwood Corps.
