On Friday evening, we had the International Buffet and Farewell. We all dressed in our best uniforms and many guests joined us from IHQ to celebrate the accomplishments of Session 198. Commissioner Robert Street delivered the challenge to the delegates and each delegate recieved their certificate of completion.
