The Mission of the International College for Officers (Lieut.-Colonel Richard Munn)

This lecture will acquaint delegates with the purpose and history of the International College for Officers.  It will also provide suggestions for how each delegate can make the best use of this opportunity for his/her spiritual formation and Salvationist leadership development.

Personal Goal-Setting (Major Rosemarie Brown)

Delegates will be asked to think through and record their own specific goals for the eight weeks of ICO.  This will give an opportunity for delegates to articulate what they would like to derive during the course of study in their personal and spiritual development, the strengthening of their leadership, the broadening of their global outlook and appreciation of the Army's internationalism.
